Forget about the military style boot camps, we still push you to your limits, but we have a unique understanding of bio-mechanics and how bones are supposed to move and how muscles truly work in any function. 3D Boot Camp has been created to give you better muscular flexibility, strength and joint stability allowing you to move and perform more efficiently in your everyday life and reducing the risk of injury, as well as helping you to reach your weight and fitness goals in time for summer!

3D Boot Camp sessions are held in the beautiful surrounds of Regent's Park and last for 1 hour. Based on circuit style training, each station challenges your body in a different way. The great thing about 3D Boot Camp is, it's suitable for all, whether you are a beginner or experienced we alter the intensity to suit your level.
